Jack can be found riding his mighty steed on the roads between Rorikstead and Hamvir's rest during the hours of midnight to 4 am at any level.

Be careful if you are low level he will roast your ass! I would recommend about level 20 or higher before you try to take him on.

This mod is ESL flagged for her pleasure... Or his if you swing that way.

He drops some loot and a corrupted version of the jagged crown (if you notice, in the pics he's wearing a dark textured crown), but most importantly after you defeat him he will drop a spellbook that allows you to summon him once per day, there is no time limit on him meaning he will stay by your side like an extra follower until he dies.

This mod was meant for Halloween, but hey I can be creepy anytime what about you? j/k
