I find the calls of the street vendors a little bit insistent :)
Two versions in the installer:
The basic one sets the reset timers to one hour [vanilla resets are 0.2 or 0.5, game-time.]
The MCM version allows to configure and randomize the dialogue frequency, but requires SkyUI.
To [hopefully] better explain: you set a "no-skip chance" in the MCM -- whenever the vendor tries to say the line, a random percentage is calculated. If the result is less than the "no-skip chance", the vendor speaks -- if not, the vendor shuts up.
Compatible with "Relationship Dialogue Overhaul" -- load it after RDO or it won't work.
