A veranda style Player House/Lodge with surrounding Porch, Mini-Forge, Storage, Smithing Stations, Benches, Tables, Chairs, and a Relaxing Lake View on the outside. Inside, is a 3 story (2 below ground), not so big interior, fit for a King, or, the Dragonborn. You be the judge. Rough farm exterior contrasts with the mansion style paneled interior walls. Secret Exit/Entrance. Mostly upper/noble furniture, tons of storage, mannequinns, weapon racks, enchanting, alchemy etc... Lots of rich/upper/noble clutter (most all of it are statics - I hate sitting at a table and knocking stuff all over the room or accidentally picking stuff up). 

Some of the feature's I've added are the on/off fire pit for the mini-forge & same with the fireplace/cookingpot. Smoke out the chimney when the fireplace is on. 3 book shelves and some book stacks and single book placements as well. Real nice little enchanting/alchemy area if I do say so myself. ;)  Cherrywood tables for both are exceedingly awesome. I also used quite a few pieces from modder's resources with permissions from authors who requested it Some weapons plaques that I recolored and remixed. A weapons table. There are two keys. One on the porch (you can find it!), and one inside the house. The house does not have any kind of a back story at this point. I'd say if you play a good role playing game but aren't too hardcore about it, then it'd be perfect to drop in the game for a lvl 30 plus Dragonborn!  ;)

This house may or may not be lore friendly to you, depending on how you play the game I guess. My first mod, so I didn't really think through all the different meshes I wanted to use etc. I just started building, I liked jet4571's exterior farm stuff, and used one of his designs for the outside.Then I liked the interior mansion stuff, so I wasn't really thinking about making it all match. The way I make it work in my mind, it's it's kind of a old hideout house, low key on the outside, but luxurious on the inside..
