There are two killmoves that play in base Skyrim when characters attack from behind with swords and daggers. "Rear Throat Slash" plays when the character is sneaking, and "Rear Stab" plays when they are not. This mode does one thing: Replace "Rear Throat Slash" so that "Rear Stab" always plays, regardless of Sneak.
