Description
Argonian follower Keeva-Ja conjures fire and ice wraiths together, and also has spell tomes so you can learn to summon these creatures indivdually. It is not quite clear where he learned or "acquired" these abilities - Keeva-Ja does not discuss such matters.

  • Essential.
  • Level with the player from 3 to -no cap-.
  • Custom class and combat style.
  • Perked in his particular skillsets.
  • Conjuration, restoration, one-handed, light armor, sneak.
  • Morality: what is morality?
  • Keeva-Ja has a special spell to summon both wraiths at once (he has Twin Souls perk).
  • He carries spell tomes for conjuring a fire wraith or an ice wraith. Both spells require only Novice conjuration and have a base cost of 135.
  • Summoned wraiths level with the player from 3 to -no cap-.


Where Do I Find Him?
Keeva-Ja can be found loitering in the entrance to Dustman's Cairn, northwest of Whiterun. He was not doing anything there. Really.

Installation
Download with NMM. Activate in NMM.

Removal
Dismiss the follower from the mod.
Deactivate in NMM.

Usage
Do not upload this mod elsewhere, but feel free to use anything in it for your own mod. Be sure to credit Penguinchao for any Fire Wraith assets.

Compatibility
No known issues.
Uses only vanilla assets.


Bugs
When you first get a follower, on rare occasion its stats may not be updated until you level up. You can use the console to prompt them to refresh their stats immediately. Go into the console, click on the follower, and type:
setlevel 1000 0 1 0

Notes
The wraiths are scaled to 70% of normal size, but still can find small hallways hard to navigate, since they like to circle and swoop. They also seem to be able to go down stairs but not up them - at least not reliably.
The most difficult thing in this mod was preventing the ash piles upon the wraith's death. This required an adjustment of the wraith's abilities and I had to move this original ability off of the icewraith race entry and onto the base ice wraith NPC. This allows the normal ice wraiths to still have ash piles, but summoned wraiths will not.
