- Quick reupload. USSEP version unchanged.
- - Accidentally uploaded the old version of the USSEP and WACCF Patch. Fixed now.

- Bashed tags and USSEP version.
- - Added a USSEP only version of the patch. I still recommend using WACCF, but I can't make people, so this is the next best thing.
- - Added bashed tags to the patches, using the xEdit tag generator script.
- - Small tweak to carry over AL's imperial sword value, opposed to WACCF's. Small difference so won't be noticeable in game.

- NPC fixes I overlooked. Was so focused on the gear's WACCF compatibility fixes, that I forgot to include USSEP's NPC fixes.
- - One handed warrior stats and class forwarded for Adelaisa.
- - Texture lighting and faction fix forwarded for Commando Maro.
- - Quite a few General Tullius fixes forwarded.
