This small ESP fixes a tiny issue that disparity introduces limiting Inigo's dialogue. It can be safely merged with most plugins and be turned into an ESL. Now in form 44

I made this years ago and released with a CC0 licence (public domain) because I was planning to leave the modding scene.
However, I decided to return and realized no one published it, modified it or merged it.
Instead I was greeted by a PM from Smartbluecat, the author of Inigo; asking me to publish this.
Before anyone sends me a PM telling me to send the patch to kryptopyr so it's hosted on Disparity's page:
kryptopyr has not yet answered my PM (sent one years ago and one today 7/10/2019 [dd/mm/yyyy for you USA citizens]) so it will be hosted here.
This is the SSE version for anyone that has converted Disparity for personal use.
