About this mod

Creates a pre-existing ruined home and runestone markers, as well as a road and lights to Lakeview Manor built by the previous Thane who lived there. Optional version without the ruined home available- Updated to fix some file folder issues, should be working smoothly now

The bluff overlooking Lake Ilinalta is a strategic point between Whiterun and Falkreath holds, and it never made sense to me that it
would not have had a previous thane living there guarding the place. This mod adds a road, some lights, runestone land claim markers, and the
ruins of a home where the Lakeview Manor will be built (shouldn't conflict with Lakeview Manor unless it has been heavily altered). This mod has been confirmed to be compatible with Lakeview Upgrades, but not with any of the other Lakeview expansion mods. So, if you install this and find your character suddenly has donkey ears... come to think of it, that wouldn't be my fault and you should probably get thee to a shrine posthaste. Be ye fairly warned, I placed runestones and a few goodies sacrificed to elder Gods around the general area whilst in the warm and loving embrace of Nyquil, so not even I know where all the easter eggs
are.

(Oldrim video, SE version coming soon!) New and Improved Viking Skyrim, Complete with Kung Fu Grip!

Installation/Uninstallation- NMM or drag-n-drop the Data folder into your Skyrim install folder and
merge it with the existing ones. If this fails and/or you wish to
uninstall it, curse Steam's very name, wave a chicken's foot at it while
chanting the Major General song backwards, and pray. Or just delete the
"lakehold_house.esp" or "lakehold_nohouse.esp" (depending on which version you chose) file, as well as the "Hoddminir" folders in
"Data/meshes/architecture/" and "Data/textures/architecture/" folders.
Whichever works for you.

Compatibility- This mod will work fine with vanilla Hearthfire and Lakeview Manor Upgrades, but
I'm not sure if the ever-popular swimming-pool-and-party-barn mods
people love will work with it or not. I bear no responsibility of you
accidentally summon Krampus in your game and he eats all of the
bikini-clad women on the pool deck.

Requirements- Skyrim SE, and a love of things Vikingish

Credits-
Hoddminir for the runestones
tkm_madness' Lakeview Manor Road for the road placement
