I have used scripts and they are located in the 'Scripts' folder.
Paste them in the correct folder in the data folder.

Introduction

This is a small house mod I've created for myself, but I decided I would like to share it with the community.
I always liked small and cozy, open houses in Skyrim. There's just something about them that I find really appealing.
And yes I know, another house mod, there's like a truckload of them on the Nexus. True, I installed a bunch of them over the years as well.
But, I decided to make yet another one just in case... I don't know, I just really wanted to make a house mod for Skyrim.
This is actually my first mod I ever created and it's not quite finished yet, that is part of the reason why I uploaded it.

I would love some good advice or suggestions for cool things I could add, so I can keep developing this house further towards completion.
Don't get me wrong it's perfectly usable right now, it's just not as cluttered as I'd like it to be.
It just takes so much work to get things right and my inspiration is a bit drained at the moment.

This mod requires all of the available DLC's to function.


Functionalities

A locked front door.
The key is on one of the tables outside.
No story yet, sorry. I'd love to add one in the future, though.

A basement containing display possibilities for multiple unique items.

As I mentioned, all of the standard crafting utilities are present inside the house.
A smelter, planters and a chopping block are present on the exterior of the house,
together with containers that are linked to the ones corresponding inside.

There are a couple of weapon racks and a mannequin.

All vanilla shrines are present.
Not the DLC ones, though.

There is an extra bedroom for 1 companion.
The house if fully navmeshed.

Plans

I will be adding custom dragon claw and mask displays in the future, but I first need to figure out how to do that.
Plus, I'd like to link the alchemy chest with the alchemy station, but again, no clue what I'm doing.
And of course, hopefully some neat suggestions.

I added custom displays, but unfortunately the shared alchemy chest will not be a thing.


Recommended mods

I do use a couple of different mods in the screenshots, and I made the house using those.
So I'd recommend getting them if you want to match the screenshots:

Static Mesh Improvement Mod (SMIM)
Ruins Clutter Improved
CL's Barrels And Crates

And of course a huge thank you to the creators of those amazing mods as well.



Compatibility

This mod is compatible with any mod that doesn't alter that specific area of the map.



Installation

Just drop it into you Skyrim data folder.
