Add some tweaks for the Arcane Archer DLC, regarding its elemental arrows.

Standard (explosive) arrows: Explode dealing 50 damage of the corresponding element (increased by 1% per enchanting level) skill and reducing the resistance to this element by half this amount for 5 seconds. One salt and one firewood will yield 10 arrows
Nonexplosive arrows: Inflict damages of the corresponding element equal to 50 % of your enchanting skill and reducing their resistance to this element by the same amount for 5 seconds. One salt and 3 firewood will yield 30 arrows. Additionally, explosive arrows can be converted to nonexplosive arrows of the same element. If you side with the dawnguard, you can craft bolts with similar properties once you completed the quests required to craft the vanilla, non explosive bolts.
Non-Elemental arrow: This arrow doesn't inflict fire, frost or shock damages, but it reduces the target's magic resistance by 50% of your enchanting skill for 15 seconds. However, to get the material needed for its crafting, you'll need to refine elementary salts at a cooking pot to obain raw magic salts . The number of salts needed to obtain an equivalent unit of raw magic salts depends on your Alchemy skill (below or at 25, you'll need 3 elementary salts for 1 raw magical salt, above 25 but below or at 50, 2 for 1, and above 50, 1 for 1)
Note:
The "rend resistance" effects added to the arrows aren't cumulative for obvious balance reason.
In order to be able to craft the arrows, you'll need to read the "Dwemer Arrow schematic" sent by Calcelmo in order to obtain the perk that will also makes the damages of the arrows scale with your enchanting level. In case you can't craft these arrows because you don't have the perk, open the game console and type "player.addperk xx01b665" (replace XX with the position of this mod in your load order.)
-If you give these arrows to your followers or have them added to leveled lists of bandits, the magnitude of the enchantment will be equal to half the maximum magnitude possible
Compatibility: This touch the original elemental arrows effect and as such should be loaded below any patch to Arcane Archer in order to avoid or minimize conflict.
