I've always wanted a chain healing spell in Skyrim, yet as far as I know, no mod has added one. If Bethesda could implement a chain lightning spell, surely there must be a way to implement a chain heal... and I finally decided to create one. No leveled lists have been touched, but you can find a tome in the Temple of Kynareth in Whiterun, as well as a staff.
It's based off chain lightning, but only affects neutrals/allies/friends, utilizing the Assistance AI value. Enemies, atronachs, undead and machines will resist the spell, and so the self heal (which fires based off a simple script, as the base spell is aimed) will not proc.
I put a function for the character in case a follower/npc uses the spell, though I have not tested it yet. I imagine it would work.
The lightning texture is a simple recolor of SRW0's 2k voltage version, big thanks to them. If you would like to create a custom dedicated texture, I am open to it.
