Inherit a ring of waterwalking
Long:
You have got a letter back in Cyroriil informing you that you
have got an inheritance of your long dead parents. They traveled
back then to the college of Winterhold to learn from the master
wizard Tolfdir.
They must have got themself into trouble or they had returned.
Now they inform you that they had the chance to build something
that they want you to inherit and you can get it somewhere underneath
the college of Winterhold. And they want youn to remember, that
you had a fancy in the Dwemer back then...
So you'll travel to Skyrim and want to join the college to get your
inheritance, but you'll get caught at the border...
The mod does give you a ring of inheritance that allows you to
walk on water with the backdraw of waliking only 78% of your former
speed (to make up for the advantage).
In/Uninstall with Vortex.
