Sometimes it's a good idea to go back to your roots. I started TES modding in Morrowind a very long time ago. One of my favorite mod authors was Korana, and one of my favorite house mods was Pearl Palace. Korana remains one of my favorite mod authors of all time. While it is not as fancy as Pearl Palace, it is underwater. Underwater Palace is my eighth installment of dimensional houses. This one's teleport globe can be found in Solitude in the shack on the docks next to the EEC door. Consume to globe for a small health boost and be teleported to the house.I made this house differently than most of my dimensional houses where I make the globe or bottle first, this time I made the house first. Hopefully, it is a fitting tribute to Sheogorath. Underwater Palace includes a teleport globe, and a house in its own cell. It has four beds, full crafting, storage, all in a geodesic sphere, well actually two of them. Consume the globe and be teleported to the house.
When you are done, activate the globe next to the teleport map to return to where you came from. You can also travel to any of the hold capitals, small towns, Castle Volkihar, Fort Dawngard, and Raven Rock, if you've been there before. You will be given a new globe once you teleport out. Do not sleep in the house if the first Dark Brotherhood quest, or any other quest that grabs you, is active or you may not get back in. If you do get kidnapped, another should spawn in the location you found the original globe.
