About this mod

A dwemer dragon resource

Permissions and credits
This model is from RoboBirdie's New Dragon Resource pack. Out-of-the-box, the textures didn't display correctly because the paths were drive-specific. I corrected them so most components of the mesh should point to whatever textures you're using for:
  • enemy: dwarven sphere centurion
  • enemy: dwarven ballista centurion
  • clutter: dwarvenrugs01
  • dungeon: dwemetalsheet01

The blue thing on its torso uses a custom 1K version of the steam centurion diffuse tex from the resource pack. I've set up the arm-leg limbs to point to the same file even though that part is a separate trishape block on the mesh; this reduces the VRAM burden for users who are mindful of their texture load - other users may edit the limbs texture path in nifskope if they want to see steam centurion texture replacers applied on the dwemer dragon.

The mesh has been processed in SSE Nif Optimizer.
The non-custom textures in my screenshots use Wolflord13's Dwemer Automatons HD and Langley02's Dwemer Metal Retexture. I forget what I have installed for the dwarven rug, but it's probably Gamwich's Rugnarok.

A note about use as a replacer:
  • The file size is smaller than some of the dwarven mechanical dragon models included in Skyrim Immersive Creatures, so RoboBirdie's dragon could be a valid mesh replacer for SIC users if they want mecha encounters to sometimes have a slimmer look.
  • The dwarven dragon ("Aetherial Dragon") included in Chaos Dragons has a plasma-like aura mesh which it equips like an armor piece to make its wings look cool. Replacing the dragon with RoboBirdie's model will result in a graphical glitch that clips with the canvas wings.
