About this mod

Vokrii's basic-level perks for one-handed and two-handed swords no longer debuff target damage by 10-20% but instead increase the target's susceptibility to critical hits by 10-20%.
This mod restores the theme of bladed weapons which were critical-hit-oriented in vanilla (hence the title perk "restorer").

Changelogs
This mod started as an optional extension for my Vokrii-Elemental Destruction Magic patch until I realized it didn't require Elemental Destruction at all, and was in fact better suited as a standalone file to rework Vokrii's blade-based perks.

Summary
Edits Vokrii's basic-level perks for one-handed and two-handed swords such that they no longer debuff target damage by 10/15/20 % but instead increase the target's susceptibility to critical hits by 10/15/20 %.
Intended to standardize melee weapon specialization perks, making them all offensive-oriented even at their base levels, and to restore the vanilla "critical hit" theme of bladed weapons.

Details
Changes the magnitude of the attack debuff effect associated with the Overbearing Assault and Overpowering Assault perks from 10/15/20% to 0%, meaning targets struck by your blade weapons no longer suffer from reduced offense; however, the effect itself still persists for the full 10 seconds, and you gain additional advantages against targets affected by the debuff:
One-Handed - 10/15% increased chance to score a critical hit, and 10/15% increased critical damage
Two-Handed - 15/20% increased chance to score a critical hit, and 15/20% increased critical damage

Design Notes
Since the bonus damage stacks with the basic one-handed and two-handed perks' critical damage multipliers, this can lead to some substantially brutal criticals. It also has synergy with some of the advanced sword perks that automatically crit (you still get the bonus critical damage).
I believe it is reasonably balanced versus the axe / greataxe perks which simply increase damage against debuffed targets--swords end up being less consistent but can score deadly blows out of nowhere even against armored targets (crits ignore Damage Resistance).

Recommended Mods

Know Your Enemy - KYE makes swords a poor choice against heavy armor, and while my mod does counteract that a bit (dependent on skill) it is still the worst melee weapon class against several common enemy types
Armor Rating Redux - substantially improves the game's Damage Resistance formula, making early game armor much more viable and realistic-feeling without turning combat into a slog; makes the armor-piercing qualities of critical hits more impactful as well
