Just a suggestion, don't mean anything by it if your not interested, I don't think anybody has Ever done a good Wolf Armor (from the Companions) retexture before? Would love to see how that looks when properely textured.
Sweet, studded, steel, orc and the other armors without a proper 4k treatment from amidian and frankfamily would really benefit from the better normal parts.
Afaik, FrankFamily is already using AI upscaling as a base for his more recent vanilla armor textures.
Aside from the small increase in quality (which has immediate diminishing returns), you are never going to have 100% consistency between the different maps. For example, upscaling the normal might not necessarily have the same results as upscaling the diffuse; which will lead to inconsistency (though most users won't even notice this). The best approach is to only upscale the normal and use that as a base in painting software. The problem still exists however, you're never going to get the same clarity and sharpness that a baked map gives, which is why "better" is arguable when doing enhancements like this.
My friend, if you don't know how AI works and you don't know how to use it, please don't speak on that, okay? Because you mislead people and I don't like that.
Yes. If you look at the added detail, it's consistent with AI upscaling. When using already low quality imagery from Skyrim, you're only getting a 15% increase in quality at best, it's not worth the added file size.

Not true.
