This file replace the main menu theme. Let your Mod Organizer handle the files.
If you wan't to attempt a manual installation/uninstall, just follow this file schheme:

If you notice a subtle and short distortion at the begin of the audio just give it a second, it last as much as a heartbeat. I'll try to fix it and update the mod file!
