Why make this when other merchant mods exist?
I made this because I didn't like all the changes made in other mods and I couldn't find one I was happy with. This changes nothing else but the Counts. It does not overhaul or replace anything. It's not a cheaty batch file. No additional NPCs to visit. It shouldn't conflict with any mods that do not modify the three basic LItem IDs
What does it change?
This modifies only the Leveled Item Lists for LItemApothecaryIngredienstUncommon/Rare (not a typo sadly), and LItemApothecaryIngredientsCommon so that apothecaries always have a wide variety of items on hand, the rarer an ingredient is the fewer you'll be able to buy at once but all ingredients are kept in stock.
v0.0.2 also modifies VendorGoldApothecary from 500 to 1000 giving Apothecaries more septims to purchase your unwanted potions and poisons.
