Believable Crime Report Radius
A very simple change that reduces the crime report radius to 1000 units (14m) from the default 4000 units. (57m)
However simple this change may be, it is a good starting point if you wish to have a better stealth system in your game.
Essentially, this mod makes it so that NPCs can't report your crimes to guards that are too far away. If you are in the wilderness, you will not keep your bounty any more if every eye-witness has been silenced, because they cannot psychically alert guards from a far away village.
Similar mods existed for both Oblivion and Skyrim, but Skyrim SE didn't have one yet, so I created it after reading a tutorial on the Creation Kit.
