The file contains ESP turned ESL version of Blood on the Ice Redux plugin (BOTI,esp).
There are also patches for Open Cities to make Blood on the Ice Redux work with Open Cities.
There are two different Open Cities patches. Use only one.
Blood on the Ice Redux OCS Patch is for standard ESP version of BOTI.esp from here https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/6126/?
Blood on the Ice Redux OCS Patch for ESL version is for mine converted BOTI.esp into ESL.
Requirements:
-Blood on the Ice Redux SE
Installation:
ESLfied BOTI.esp requires new game. For ESL version of BOTI.esp just override the original esp with mine winning the conflict. Don't use mine BOTI.esp during mid play through it will just break your Blood on the Ice quest.
For Open Cities patches use only one you need. Blood on the Ice Redux OCS Patch should be safe to use during mid play through as long as you have not visited Windhelm or Windhelm Stables yet.
