Once someone somewhere asked for suggestions about how to change silent moons enchantment. My suggestion was to make target lose health for some time, to look like glowing ghost and restore mana to everyone around (except target itself). As of now I think that it may be not so lore friendly, but I'm by no means an expert in TES lore. Anyway, about a week ago I made a considerable bad decision to make it myself. And I did exactly what I suggested. Also I created spell with said effect.
List of spells (all belong to destruction school):

  • Moon light - novice, "healing hands" type damaging spell. Does small amount of damage, but applies areal mana recovery. Can be found near Guardian stones. Scaled it up a bit to be more noticeable.

  • Lunar bolt - apprentice, regular bolt type spell (uses sped up reanimation projectile model). Does damage over time and applies areal mana recovery. Can be found inside Silent Moons camp interior (look on shelves).

  • Lunar blast - adept, larger than fireball explosion area (uses undead bane explosion model). Does damage over time and applies areal mana recovery to everyone caught in blast. Can be found  sitting on a small rock near Lady doomstone.
  • Moon beam - expert, long range beam (uses slightly altered magnus beam model). Does substantial amount of damage and applies small damage over time along with areal mana recovery. Can be found in Labyrinthian exterior near chest at the top of small tower partially surrounded by big stairs (you have to ascend said stairs and carefully jump on the tower wall, then on a small platform with chest; it's a bit tricky but definitely possible).

Effects of same spell don't stack (as I hope). But effects of different spells will stack. Spells can be found only in the world, no level lists touched.

And of course, this is "my first mod" (first "real" one), so it highly likely to be technically flawed.

Also added Russian version.
