why is theirs older then? I am chosing yours because it is newer by the way.

also, I am using https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/40088 (changing Winterhold) and it seems to be no problem. Mb just an info under compatibility

If we use this mod which includes you fix, how would we integrate your update into theirs?

CFTO already has this... so what does this mod do differently?

CFTO does not add a carriage to Winterhold although it does add a ferry.

Ferries/Boats will only take you to the cities with the same feature - Solitude, Windhelm, Morthal, Dawnstar and I think Riften. Carriages will take you those plus all the rest as well as your Hearthfire homes.

I didn't realize there's a ferry in Winterhold. Where is it?

Walk under the College of Winterhold bridge, and go down. You will find on the water's edge the ferry !

CFTO fixes and winterhold does have a carriage in Winterhold with a driver also named Thor.  You will get two drivers if you accidently use both like I did.  I had this mod first and found the upgraded CFTO fixes and winterhold later and forgot about the patch.  Anyway, that is probably the mod you are thinking of.  The original CFTO does not have a carriage in Winterhold.

Funny, I had both mods in my load order as well. I literally just got to Winterhold and the horse and carriage from this mod and the "CFTO Fixes and Winterhold" mod are aligned EXACTLY in the same place. The horse turned its head and I went "WTF!" because for a second it looked like the carriage horse had two heads.

How many fucking years did it take to make this mod?

And why so many fucking years later its the ONLY ONE????

Do 99.9% of Survival players just not give a f*#@ about the Mages College????

And WHY, OH WHY, the f*#@, does the original mod not at a Carriage TO A HOLD CAPITAL!?!?!?!?!

THANK YOU, MANY YEARS TOO LATE, BUT THANK YOU.

I'm also using Winterhold Restored but when I use a carriage to go to Winterhold or the carriage at Winterhold it just CTD after loading screen
I'm not sure which of the three mod are causing this but I thought I'd ask here

Sorry to hear that you are suffering CTDs but this plugin only adds a few statics and an NPC. No new models or scripts. So it is very unlikely to be the source of your problems.

      It's kind of compatible.
the carriage location definitely clips hard with the Great Cities mod. But eh, it works I guess. You can get to the guy and request a ride.
      It looks like trash though.
If you're not a fast traveler I still would from Winterhold if you have Great Cites (and you should, because it's awesome) and just assume I "took a carriage", and not install this.
It really ruins the look of the cities mod.

Unlike CFTO this doesn't appear to work with Covered Carriages SE (SMIM) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/160 Any chance of a patch?
