The Red Dragon Crown, as mentioned in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, is not the symbol of the Empire, that is the Amulet of Kings. The Crown is merely jewellery, but damn pretty!

Ever wonder why the Red Dragon Crown never appeared in any game besides Arena. It's mentioned ONCE in Oblivion by Baurus at the beginning but never even takes an appearance nor the Ruby Throne. (Yeah, it took ESO to give us the Ruby Throne but come on)
And what disappointed me more was that no one ever thought of actually making the Red Dragon Crown. I always wanted it. There is a severe lack of crown love on here and I decided to make it myself. Hopefully, Skyblivion makes their own version of the crown for their remaster. ###
The crown is claimed by the Dragonborn during the Dark Brotherhood quest. Alternatively, you may add it to your inventory through additemmenu or console commands. The latter of which is done as shown below. Open the console and type:
help "Red Dragon Crown"
The crown itself is a circlet jewelry piece and I made it where it should fit over most hairstyles but there will be some that will obviously clip with like high ponytails, puffy hairstyles, etc.
