The audacity to make a Legends version of Lucien and also the audacity to then put the Oblivion version as the secondary optional file!
    I'm kidding. Great mod!

Thanks for this mod! I love small mods like this that aim to correct inconsistencies between games. You did a pretty good job making him look like he did in Oblivion. Kudos!

I also wanted to let you know that you've missed several fixes from the Unofficial Patch. I've carried these forward in my patch while making some personal adjustments to bring him back in line with Skyrim defaults. I've removed the perks because I couldn't find any references of ghosts having perks. Second, I increased his magic to 150 from 50 because he had a larger magic pool in Oblivion. Last, I changed out the gloves to the Jester gloves to prevent giving him too much of an edge from how he was designed for Skyrim.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll have a new version as soon as possible. By the way, Katria is a Nord ghost encountered during the quest "Lost to the Ages" from Dawnguard DLC and she has the following perks: Quickshot, Ranger, AgileDefender00, Armsman00 and Overdraw00.

Were your changes just those records that needed forwarding from USSEP?

Mine were a combination of forwards from USSEP and changes and reverts to make him more vanilla-friendly. There's nothing wrong with the edits, though, they will make the NPC a bit stronger. My changes were made simply to bring him back more to more to vanilla because this mod will be included in the STEP SE Guide. The STEP Mandate is pretty strict so I changed some things with a patch.

Oh, I see. I wonder if the MA would permit you to publish your rebalance patch or even host it on this page.

I don't think his name should be changed. IIRC they don't even tell you his name anywhere in the game's dialogue and, realistically, who cares what his name is? Your character has no [canonical] connection to him or the Dark Brotherhood of Cyrodiil in the 3rd Era. He's a Spectral Assassin. That's all you really need to know. Even if you find his name in a book (I think it might appear somewhere), are you (the character) gonna start calling him by his full first and last name? *Maybe* you would, it's highly subjective, but even still "Spectral Assassin" should suffice for its on-screen identification.

I agree, I would just call the guy by his first name to be honest. I was thinking it was a reskin or something.

"IIRC they don't even tell you his name anywhere in the game's dialogue"

He flat-out says his name is Lucien Lachance.
