I made this mod for a character build that abstains from self-casting magic and instead uses magical scrolls that can be crafted through PerMa's enchanting perks. It's difficult to obtain these ingredients without a mod that adds recipes for these and most mods I've tried make the recipes fairly expensive resource-wise.
Anyways, here are the recipes:
5x Roll of Paper:
1x Firewood
Crafted at a cooking pot
5x Inkwell:
1x Charcoal
1x Ale, Alto Wine, Honningbrew Mead, Nord Mead, or Wine
