Initial release.
This mod consists of a single modified script. Normally, if the player reaches level nine, he may receive a letter from Jarl Siddgeir of Falkreath enticing him with the prospect of a piece of property. However, if the player has either not yet accepted or not yet completed Siddgeir's Rare Gifts quest (he wants you to bring him a bottle of Black-Briar Mead), that quest will either not become available or fail instantly to make way for the Hearthfire quest, respectively. This can be rather frustrating to completionists. The included script prevents the Rare Gifts quest from being preempted by the Hearthfire quest, requiring you to finish it before speaking to Siddgeir about the letter he sent.
