About this mod
This is my go to look for most RPGs. I have a preset for the Nord, Imperial and Breton races. The Breton preset has a bit of an elf ear.

Installation:
1) Extract the zip file
2) Put the preset (jslot) file(s) put into Data/SKSE/Plugins/CharGen/Presets
3) Put the NIF (and the dds) file(s) put into the Data/SKSE/Plugins/CharGen
4) Open racemenu through the console: showracemenu
5) Make sure the race selected matches the race of the preset file you're using
6) Under the Head tab, in the Face Part slider - change to the High Poly. face to the right
7) Go to the Presets tab, click F9 to load the preset (jslot) from Data/SKSE/Plugins/CharGen/Presets
8) Go to sculpt tab - click F9 to load the NIF from Data/SKSE/Plugins/CharGen
