The forgotten elves that now live on Vira Skyland, a magical floating islands above Tamriel. They are also known as "Volsmer" or Sky Elves. Sky elves specialize in controlling electricity in the sky to power the flying island. This makes them more resistant to shock and have the ability to control electricity easier than any other race.

- - Resist 50% shock damage. Shock spells do 10% more damage.
Powers:
Electric Release
- - If aimed perfectly the electric explosion can cause 100+ points of shock damage. Magicka and stamina are fully restored.
- - (accuracy rate is probably <20% if aimed, try it on god mode.. cuz when you hit, its super powerful)

Mini-Boss (Demi God Az-Volkin)
- - (will contain unique glass weapon, unique because based on your mastery of magic [and only mastery], the sword may have different powers such as having mastery PERK of Alteration-100 = the sword can automatically paralyze your foes... other 100 magic mastery will have different affects)
- - (this weapon is very powerful, though the mini-boss will use it with having all the masteries of magic and all of the swords affects as he is the only one deemed worthy of its full power, so lets see if you can beat him -- But you gotta find him first!)
