The Become Ethereal Shout now grants Water-Walking over its duration.

It always annoyed me that when it comes to crossing large bodies of water, your only alternative to looking for very sporadically placed bridges is to swim through it. Yes, the mighty Dragonborn regularly finds themselves having to doggypaddle across a river, rusting their armor or soiling their expensive robes in the process. (Don't even get me started on the shrinkage.)
This does not befit someone who literally controls space and time by throwing a fit. I get that true dragons can fly and thus this has presumably been a non-issue in their culture, but that is an insensitive lack of consideration to flight-challenged Dovah, and I refuse to support it.
So I corrected this issue. With this mod while you are under the effects of the Become Ethereal Shout, you can stride across rivers and lakes without worrying about ruining your armor or getting your robes all damp and waterlogged. Oh and you won't freeze to death if you're using one of those survival mods, which is a nice bonus.
On Balance:
Become Ethereal is already one of the best and most versatile shouts in the entire game and doesn't really need a "buff", but I'd consider this primarily a cosmetic and "feel" improvement.
It will have no effective change on the official Survival Mode. It will make Frostfall slightly easier in some ways, but it's also inferior to Snowberry Extract as you cannot use it to swim underwater and shouts cannot be used while already swimming. (So make sure you judge your distances correctly!)
