There is an error, needed two esp, using ICoW Royal Armoury , then stat needed only one, simple fix of removing the dependency on ICoW Royal Armoury... but why have that not been done yet?

Same here. I am using both ICOW (Immersive College of Winterhold) and RATAF (Royal Armory Tweaks And Fixes). While I was using RATAF (both master file and ICOW file), the loot pops out an error saying only need to use one RATAF master file and use the ICOW version, but while I was using RATAF master file and ICOW Royal Armory Tweak patch, there is still an error saying using the ICOW version, but meanwhile this RATAF is required as a prerequisite for ICOW Royal Armory Tweak patch (which means it is not possible to use ICOW Royal Armory Tweak patch alone) So in short, there are only two options: either using the combination of RATAF master and ICOW files, or the combination of RATAF master and ICOW Royal Armory Tweak patch. However, no matter which combiatnion you were using, there would be always an error poping out saying "user the immersive college of winterhold version" after sorting the order (even you had used the latter combination, the one with ICOW version). So it is really weird. I am not suring if this error will damage the game data, or we can just simply ignore this error after sorting the order with loot. Some hero please answer or resolve this problem
You only need to install either the ICOW (if using ICOW), or the normal version (if not) of this mod not both. Loot is in error saying it needs them both. It probably needs to be notified by the author.
Just one minor thing - you say here we don't need both files, cool, you'd know your own mod, but Vortex has been throwing up an alert that says I do. Not sure what's causing the dependency if there isn't one. (I'm using ICoW, and Vortex says it is missing the main file as a master)
Yep, I have this still showing the other .esp as a master too. It's like "dammit use just one of these." So I take the other one off and then the ICOW one is like "NOOOOOOOO! I needed that! Fckin noob".
Is there an easy NON-CK way of removing this? Construction Kit and me are a very unhealthy combination. I spent seventeen hours straight once making a mod... to stop silverware falling off a table... that MADE ALL THE DAMN SILVERWARE FALL OFF THE DAMN TABLE... true story bro.
Edit: I was asking because pendulum didn't show up and I thought it wasn't working, wasn't sure why though so i toggled clipping and sure as the sun it had fallen through the floor onto terrain below, so if you guys are on pc and want pendulum, use the tilde key and type tcl with no subject and you'll be able to walk through the floor and collect pendulum! :)
Late reply, so this isn't just me? I tried to back-port that part for LE, and I'm having the same issue. I thought maybe something went wrong with the records I copied (I re-make esps in TES5Edit by hand rather than by trying to use the CK), but this post seems to indicate that may not be the issue.
I don't have too many other mods installed, in fact this is the only thing I have affecting the hall of the vigilant (other than royal armory anyway).
I believe I've found the problem. The mod adds the pendulum to the area even before the hall is destroyed. Using tcl to enter the building, there is no floor inside, so the weapon just falls to the ground. The body though stays in place since its a static object. Thus when the floor is enabled upon the hall being destroyed, the body is there but the weapon is laying on the ground beneath it.
The only way I've found to fix this is to just avoid going to the hall until after you get the dawnguard quest. The object won't spawn in the world until you visit the area, so if you wait until the hall is destroyed then the weapon won't be dropped to the ground below.
The only way to fix this within the mod is to make it so its disabled until after the hall is destroyed. I'm not sure if that's possible to do, but its the only way to prevent this issue. It also be possible to have it replaced by a static object that just disappears when it grants you the item, similar to a lot of the displays in the Legacy of the Dragonborn (such as most famously, the dragon claws in the Hall of Heroes).
Any chance for compatibility patch with Stendarr Rising? ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/49346 )? When I got around to the Hall there was some weird things going on (floating section of floor with the crispy body on it and the weapon).

Could you post a screenshot of where you're seeing this in xedit?
