I removed the teleport spell and used the ESPFE Follower Cell Free script to make Gleamblossom ESPFE. Your mileage may vary, but it does work in my game as ESP-FE.
I can't seem to put any books onto the bookshelf, it says it's full already even though it is empty. Same with the staff storage and potion storage shelf. Also there is a weapon rack that displays the weapons really weird and above the weapon rack on the second story. I have tried this with 0 other mods and same problem what am I doing wrong? btw I love the atmosphere of this house and how everything is laid out.
Hmm, are you using the coc command to load into the house? That tends to break things.
If you went about buying the house normally, I honestly have no idea. They all work fine for me! Weapon racks are messed up and in vanilla and will do that - however, they're much more likely to break when using the coc command to load into the house.

I had the same problem, and there are two possible solutions:
1. This can happen if you are using a translation. (In my case, I "solved" the problem in French, but I can't share it on the French translators forum.)
2. If you are using other mods that affect houses, uninstall them and reload a save where no house mods are installed.
There's a major bug I've come across where the teleport to the home spell's visual effects remain even while bare handed. While trying to use any other spells with this bug, it would CTD. This would've bricked my Conjuration character playthrough had I not a recent enough save to go back to where I hadn't equipped the spell yet. I know the mod isn't getting support anymore, just a word of warning for those looking to use it, stay clear of the teleport spell.
