I like the Idea you had, but due the low quality of the textures I would not use it, I check them ingame. Maybe you'll make a HD Texture one day, if you are still into modding.
I'm not sure what you're calling Joker scar, none of the scars in this set would I refer to as Joker scar. what I was hoping for is one like the forced smile in Fallout 4 but there is nothing even close to that.
I tried reinstalling scars of skyrim, and loading it without Immersive Scars. it did not help all the scars are just called gash or burn and none look anything like the joker scars. and I can't help noticing the lose files have one for left, one for right, nut not both at once...

Easiest way to do body scars, there is a mod that you can download that allows for body paint. I forgot the guy's name. You can actually Photoshop scars into his mod.

Would anyone create a scar or warpaint that has Allen Walker from the anime D.Gray-man?
Could you make body scars too? Eg. Scars on the character's back or any other part of their body? It would make characters seem way more badass.
