This mod is such a gem. Thank you for making it, I've been having such a blast playing it. The fact it's radiant enabled is even better because it allows me to explore randomly. Even more, you continue to update it and it's fantastic. I've been thinking, Animated Ships from Vicn would fit in perfectly in this mod as well!
Sadly this mod's design does not work well with combat mods. Would you consider a patch .esp file with different enemy balance for compatibility with non-vanilla combat?
Combat mods for Skyrim try make combat less about spamming hits, and more strategic. For that reason, they all expect 2 things:
Enemies the same level as the Dragonborn should have health and killing power similar to the player.
The Dragonborn must block or evade damage, since everyone can kill each other quickly.
The first problem is enemies in these dungeons all scale to the Dragonborn's level, but with extremely high HP. This lets each one tank multiple dozens of hits, while the Dragonborn can only take a few hits. It completely disrupts the balance of power expected by every Skyrim combat mod. Every enemy is effectively a boss, and every encounter is a horde of enemies.
The other problem is that the combat areas are all extremelysmall for the Dragonborn, a few companions, and an average of 6 enemies at the same time. There is not enough space, or opportunity to fight strategically.
Because of these design decisions, these dungeons are almost unplayable with any combat mod. It's unfortunate since vanilla combat is not the most engaging experience. Changing the dungeon size is not reasonable, but a patch .esp for lower enemy HP may be enough to work better with combat mods.

Is there unique loot in the Isle of Bellaneur/Amzkagrz? I went through the dungeon but didn't find anything unique, and every other dungeon I've done so far had unique loot at the end.
