This is one of those nice immersive little mods that make me go: "d'oh, why didn't I think of this?"
Well done. Would you consider making more banners for other locations/families? For example... Locations: Dragon Bridge, Ivarstead, Riverwood and other small to medium towns. Families: Grey-Mane, Battle-Born, Shatter-Shield, Snow-Shod, etc.
Packing them all together in one mod would be very nice.
I like the idea, but putting words on a flag or banner is a kind of a no no in flag design. the idea is to make it instantly recognizable even if you've never seen it. That design would be great on a bottle of Black Briar Mead, but as a flag, I would recommend making the flagon with the flowers in the middle larger, and setting it in a ring of thorns, seeing as briar is a very thorny plant. Just my two bits.

really a nice idea, there is only one thing I find out of place, the font you used, too modern and stylized for the world of skyrim and it seems to be laser printed

Glad you like it! Yeah I would like to make more, but I suck at designing. So only if I find factions with a logo I will try to do so.
I'm looking into the other families and got a couple of ideas layed out. Currently I'm working on getting some photoshop skills..
can i ask if its possible to do this but with a more rusty look?

dont use the black ones though, too dark, stand out as bad gramphics
