Hello I've taken Refugees Rest in an imperial ruler eastmarch but for some reason the guard spawned as a stormcloak and I've tested to make sure and they attack imperial soldiers but ignore stormcloak soldiers
Well maybe it's mod conflicts but I can say that the place remained a ruin with no changes at all. Thanks for the update, I'll try it soon and see if it was indeed the reason nothing happened
Let me know. Sometimes for some reason a single fast travel back and forth doesn't do. So you can try doing it twice if it doesn't work the first time.
Happened to notice this mod while browsing, and I'm glad I did; It looks amazing! The default Refugees Rest's lack of detail did always bother me whenever I visited the Windhelm area during the old Skyrim LE days. Can't wait to go and see what you've done with the place!
I gotta admit I don't think I'll go with this one. All the ruins shouldn't be restored for the civil war soldiers imo. Perhaps some place for dunmers as his name states would look better ? I know it's at the border with Morrowind but still, can't help but think it's too much soldiers as near as Windhelm
Yeah it’s personal preference, I thought it was an interesting idea from Kuczaja to add an immersive refugee camp close to the border of Morrowind, it’s indeed really not a fort like the other ones I did.
There is just one guard keeping an eye on those refugees.
Oh right sorry I didn't check well enough the first time, only saw new stormcloaks flag and guards. You actually made should be expected imo, so great job ! I'll download it :)
And Morvunskar i would fill with CW Faction, since its pretty large castle in absurdly strategic location and it should be populated by Stormcloaks or Legion as soon as it is cleared. And after Sanguine quest ofc.
Morvunskar seems like a good location for a Stormcloak camp just outside Windhelm, where the actual army rests.. Maybe a less important location for the Imperials once they take the hold..
Peak's Shade Tower near Falkreath is both near road and the city. It could make pretty good spot for CW Faction outpost. But it's also bit too close to wooden bandit trap on the road so im bit confused about this one :( Funny thing is that this is not the only tower in Falkreath Hold like this. There is also a Falkreath Watchtower north of the city and Bannermist Tower even further north. Maybe it would be nice callback to Western Tower and Whitewatch Tower guarding Whiterun.
Since Broken Tower Redoubt contains desecrated statue of Dibella, i imagine it could have been her temple back in the day. So maybe few priestess of Dibella and soldiers/mercenaries/companions to protect them? Since Forsworn are essentially Hircine worshippers it could be joint operation of Dibella's Church and Vigil of Stendarr.
Yeah I've been checking out those towers since Falkreath is my favorite hold, but I didn't want to turn the forest into a very protected area, since the lore calls it dangerous and uncharted territory. So options like priests and mercenaries seem to fit better indeed.
