Introduction
Removes facial dirt from many NPC's (let me know if I missed any). Exceptions were made for NPC's like prisoners, murder victims, hunters, adventurers, bandits and afflicted. Replaces tintmasks and rough face textures. Facegen data was generated and included to make the change show ingame. If an NPC's looks records were edited by another mod, the facegen data should be regenerated to prevent the black face bug. You can do this yourself by opening the mod in GECK, selecting the NPC(s) and using CTRL-F4 to export the facegendata (hit save afterwards). Alternatively you can request a patch, but I can't guarantee I'll create one.

Compatibility
Not compatible with mods that change the looks records of NPC's.
Total Character Makeover is compatible since it only edits meshes and textures, just overwrite it's files with the one in this mod.
