In Skyrin Special Edition, as you already know, when you run out of the arrows you currently using, you have to open your inventory and equip an arrow type by yourself, assuming that you have some arrows in there. This ends now I imported this mod from the original Skyrim to SSE, a mod created by Jordan and uploaded there by Laugh10704 and of course all the credits go to them.
