Please report any problems with the VR version here (preferably) or to me directly. Please keep in mind that any ENB preset made for Skyrim SE may not be fully compatible with the VR version due to feature differences.
After the Bethesda screen I get a big Grey screen with the text "SOMETHING IS WRONG!" Something something... You have not installed ENB helper properly... SOmething something, Make sure to something something.
The screen literally doesn't even show the full message so I have no Idea what's actually wrong. All I did was install this mod.
so im kinda confused, i downloaded the mod and when i click enter and shift nothing happens, could i get some help? and i also just clicked install on vortex, do i need to manually install something else? because i do see two different downloads in the manual download
The console command for diagnostics is "tehs". This helper plugin only provides weather and related information to the enb. In order to utilize this plugin you need (1) ENB installed (2) ENBHelper and (3) a weather setup that supports ENB weather. The other download is just the source, and you don't need it unless you are a modder.
Anyone know how to increase the brightness effect for the external windows at night? and also how can I see these lights from a long distance? I was able to do this a LONG time ago, but I cannot recreate the effect, thank god I took a picture of it. Here is Whiterun from a long distance.
No... It seems that there is some weird incompatibility that causes troubles even after deinstallation. Everything works fine until ENB Helper VR installation, running and deinstallation. I think there is generating some problematic files during incompatibility process
I found out, what was the problem! The problem was caused by VRIK 0.8.1 with translation patch for 0.8.0. The game have been working until ENB Helper was installed, but when I deinstall translation patch, crashes begone. I think I never should mix different versions :D
Thank you! Everything is fine with VRIK, the game doesn't crashes, that was my fault to mix the mod with translation for old version. However, that's weird that I got crash after ENB Helper :D
About ENB: I have no idea what causes issue. Lighting still looks wrong.
It looks like "AmbientLightingIntensity" is too high. Maybe Rudy ENB for Cathedral Weather is just messed up, but what if those parameters works differently in SE and in VR version?
I just noticed some others interiors are looks good. I think it's problem in Rudy ENB or LUX, but maybe some parameters doesn't loads properly
Is this the "SKSE weather plugin" that "Skyrim Particle Patch for ENB" is referring to in it's installation instructions: "Note that the (Particle ENB Patch) plugin is only needed in case you do not use the SKSE weather plugin." http://enbseries.enbdev.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1499
I've been told that: "'SKSE weather plugin' = ENB Helper = true" So I guess I can skip the Particle Patch for ENB esp plugin then (?): "Note that the (Particle ENB Patch) plugin is only needed in case you do not use the SKSE weather plugin."

Maybe it was some annoying ENB leftovers

You should install with MO2
