NPCs like to go up/down ladders at random (and sometimes stand on them too like pylons) and if not enough space, they bug each others AI up

-Forwarded ussep changes which hopefully should fix issues related to spouses not sleeping in right bed. Admittedly I know little of the system so let me know if I messed up
-Removed the massive amount of treasure in the secret room as well as the ebony ingots in the smithing area as it is completely unbalanced, so now you get to fill up the treasure chest yourself!
