Adds the ability to combine 2 of the same tier Soul Gems with 1 Stahlrim Ore to craft 1 higher tier soul gem at a blacksmith forge.

This mod allows you to craft soul gems at a blacksmith forge using two empty lower tier soul gems and 1 Stahlrim ore. This method allows the player to put their low tier soul gems to use instead of them taking up useless space in the inventory. The smithing recipes require two perks, 'Arcane Blacksmith' and 'Ebony Smithing' to use, and the recipes show up under the Misc tab at the forge. 'Ebony Smithing' is required to smith anything out of Stahlrim in the vanilla game, so it just made sense to add that as a requirement for this as it uses Stahlrim.
Recipes:
2 Petty soul gems + 1 Stahlrim ore = 1 Lesser soul gem
2 Lesser soul gems + 1 Stahlrim ore = 1 Common soul gem
2 Common soul gems + 1 Stahlrim ore = 1 Greater soul gem
2 Greater soul gems + 1 Stahlrim ore = 1 Grand soul gem
Black soul gems were not added as you can make them in the Soul Cairn using lightning attractors.
