Blood on the Ice is notorious for being the buggiest quest in Skyrim. This mod tries to fix that.
EDIT: So apparently this bug is caused by Thieves Guild for the Good Guys for some reason. Someone in the comments has found out that you don't need this at all if you just delete QF_MS11_0001F7A3.pex from the data folder if you have that i

For me, none of the objects in Hjerim could be interacted with during the "look for clues" part of the quest. When I went into the Creation Kit, it turned out that all of the scripts from the investigation triggers had become detached so I re-attached them. I also stopped the quest marker from constantly pointing at Jorleif when he had nothing to say.
As said in the edit, this mod is largely unnecessary so unless you still have problems after following the stickied post you can skip it. I'm leaving this up so anyone who runs into the same problems as I did can use the comments to help fix them, but the files themselves are not needed.
