If you wish to contribute patches and fixes just PM me and we can keep this mod alive!

    Compatibility:
"Per v1.8, this mod no longer edits the RentRoomScript.pex script, vanilla DialogueGeneric quest or any innkeepers, so is fully compatible with any other mods that modify RentRoomScript or innkeeper NPCs."

[Patches Information - Last Editted on 06/13/19]
-A compability patch for RRR and Keep it Clean is in the works and will be released soon.
-As v1.8.8 RRR is now compatible with NSUtR. This was brought about by a exterior cell change. An original version (v1.8.6) is still provided in the FOMOD but it is not compatible with NSUtR for now.
-A compatibility patch for RRR v1.8.6 and NSUtR (No Snow Under the Roof? by PROMETHEUS_ts) has been provided by noobzor which was ported from SLE to SSE. However, it does not seem to work [Read description for details].
-A minor light fix patch for RRR and ELFX by anamorfus has been provided? by GalenZ.
-New updated compatibility patch for ELFX v3.0+ is available courtesy of r/Fertor_Mortem? (Reddit User) created by Neovalen (n/a).
-Patch for Keep it Clean and RRR located here (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/15301/?tab=files).
-Compatibility patch between RRR and ICAIO (Immersive Citizen AI Overhaul) now available. Thanks to Shurah's SLE ICAIO patch which was used as a base and modified. Shurah's SLE fixes were kept thank him and endorse his mods. No longer will Hadrig's bed be in the front center of the entrance door. Instead he has a small little room to the left of the nightgate inn.

P.S. Now in a neat FOMOD installation menu!! Yaaay!!

Hey guys if your going to report an issue please leave details and a screenshot to the issue. I cannot help you nor fix the issue if you only leave a comment like, "issue in nightgate inn". I am not super experience in modding but am learning and doing my best, just bare with me. Here is what you can do to help.

In order to locate which mod is causing the conflict (visual only, i. e. two beds in the same spot or clipping) follow this steps.
    1. Look at the bug and using the keyboard click tilt key, that's this key “~” to bring up the console command menu.
    2. Using your mouse to click over each of the items that are conflicting. The item will display the items ID number. It will look something like this, "XX0568BC6”. Write it down.
    3. Exit the game and go to your LO (Load Order)
    4. From here look at the first two digits of them items ID. In this example it is “XX”. (The digits can range from a combination of numbers or a letter and a number (examples; E3, 04, D2, etc.).
    5. The "XX" digits stand for your mods LO placement number. Find it in you LO and note what mod it is that is causing the conflict. (NOTE: The issue cause potentially be fixed by running LOOT or rearranging you mod LO.)
    6. If step #5 did not fix your issue report what mod is causing the conflict in the bug section. Make the tittle something like, "Visual bug with "X" mod. Include a detail description of what the bug is and where the bug was located. (Include a screenshot or a link to a screenshot, steam preferred since it is the easiest way for most players.

    NOTES:
Before posting make sure to read through the bugs reports to avoid duplicates.
I am not guarantying that i will fix your issue nor create a patch but at least your helping the community out.
You guys can help by creating patches between mods too and send them to me and I will add them to the list and mod.

Finally, comments that are of no help will be deleted. If you don't like the mod then you don't have to use it. You WILL be banned if you comment something stupid or inappropriate, so be civil. I can take criticism but being an ass for the sake of it is a no, no. No one needs nor cares for that toxicity. Like most authors or modders, i do this in my free time and because I enjoy it. I owe no one anything nor should anything be expected. Guys enjoy, have fun and help each other out.

    Extra:
Hey guys you are welcome to make a video reviews for the mods so they get more publicity!

***Edit : I seem to have ended up solving it. Not sure exactly what it was that fixed it, the most immediate thing I did to get it working again was disable the mod through the MCM menu in game and then re-enable it. There were a number of different other things I tried leading up to that that may have also contributed, but I can't be sure whether or not it actually helped. Reinstalling the older 1.8.6 version of the mod may have also helped, but I was able to disable that version and re-enable the current version and it still works now.***

I have run into an issue mid-playthrough that I cannot figure out the source of.

The gist of it is that I do not seem to be able to do the "Enhanced" 3-day or indefinite rental for the Silver-Blood Inn in Markarth. The dialogue to do so appears, but when I get to the end of the dialogue and agree to the payment, the dialogue ends, the innkeeper collects the payment, but he does not speak the "Follow me to your room" dialogue or lead me to my room, and the bed and containers in the room remain "Owned". The dialogue options do not change, I can ask again to rent the room and the "I'm ready to move out" option does not appear.

In the dialogue, the cost of the room per night will show as the same amount as the cost of the last inn where I spoke to the Innkeeper (ex. If I last spoke to Hulda, it will show as 100g in Markarth, or if I last spoke to the Solitude Innkeeper, it will show as 200g in Markarth.)

I also noticed that in addition to the usual "I need a place to stay" dialogue option, there is a similar option "Do you have rooms available" which I had never noticed before. The dialogue tree seems to be basically the same, with options for 1 night, 3 night, and indefinite stays, but the dialogue options are worded differently. If I go through this dialogue, I get the same result, the room rental will not work.

If I rent a room for just one night using the vanilla dialogue option, it does actually work, but I can't rent for more than a night at a time. The cost for doing so is the same as in the other method (the amount of the last inkeeper I spoke too.)

I am using the FOMOD version of the mod, but I also tried downloading and using the simple "Enhanced" version and had the same issue. I was initially experiencing a wider issue, but moving the plugin to the very bottom of the priority order seems to have solved it for most inns but the issue persists in Markarth.

MO2 is not showing any conflicts in the mod list or plugin list. The four ESPs from this mod (base plugin as well as more idle markers, alternate start patch and ELFX patch) occupy the four bottom spots in my plugin list. I have not installed any new mods that should interfere with Kleppr, the SilverBlood Inn, or Inns generally.

I tried starting a fresh save from scratch, the issue persists there as well.

I have re-downloaded and re-installed the mod, without success.

Sorry to write a novel here, tried to include as much detail as possible. Has anybody else encountered this? Any suggestions about what could be causing this issue?

For anyone looking to use the basic version, I'll save you some time. The newer standalone version from the optional files doesn't seem to work at all (no idea why), but the older basic option in the main FOMOD does. Why are there two versions of the same thing in different places? Not a clue.

So the basic version in the main FOMOD is the ESP version. The optional "RealisticRoomRental-Basic (ESL)" file is the ESL plugin. The reason why it doesn't work is because that file is only the plugin, you still need the interface and scripts folders from the FOMOD under 00 Core Files\Basic\.
Just copy those next to the ESL plugin and it will work.

If we chose the "basic" version in the main file's FOMOD, are the updates and optional files only for the "enhanced" version?

Yes. The basic version includes no worldspace edits, so it doesn't require patching.

Maybe it is just me but the file page is very messy. Am I supposed to only download the main file with the applied patches in the FOMOD? Or apply no patches from the FOMOD and download them separately from the updates group? Or apply the patch from FOMOD and also apply the updated patch from the updates group? Also, why there 2 patches for Immersive citizens, because the original mod is called Immersive citizens - AI Overhaul? Why the main file is version 1.8.9 but the AIO patch is 1.1 and immersive citizens 3.5? So many questions.....

I am in the same boat. Been using this mod for forever and can't imagine playing without it! Getting back into Skyrim modding after 3 or 4 years and I cannot understand what the hell I am supposed to be doing here.

There's a v1.9 which I guess??? is the latest version??? But it doesn't come with certain patches like the v1.8.9 does with FOMOD.

Super confusing. I know the mod is in a "use at own risk" state, but it would be dope to have some sort of clarity on what to do/use. :/

Mod description says "read changelog" but the changelog doesn't address the question of what version to use or why I should choose 1.9 over 1.8.9. :(

I will probs just try to use the FOMOD 1.8.9 file and see what happens...

Use the main file. Install the 1.9 update, which is a plugin replacer only (so use "merge" in MO2 instead of "replace"). If there is a separate patch dated 2022 available, use the separate patch instead of the one in the 2019 FOMOD.

As stated in changelog, the changes from 1.8.9 to 1.9 are:

      • Disables some stray wooden plates in Four Shields Tavern
      • Moved some coins in Dead Man's Drink
      • Moved Froa's bed from the rented room to the room behind the bar. Follower bed moved to rented room instead. Now it doesn't feel awkward to stay at the Braidwood Inn anymore
      • Cleaned up the books in Nightgate Inn.

Is there a version of this that doesn't require cutting room floor? Does anyone know if it works without it?

This mods keep it clean patch always tells me that the ELS BLAH BLAH BLAH, may cause irreversible save damage.
Ima just download a stand alone patch (doesnt give me the error in loot) and hope its not going to cause issues in the inns :^)

I can't seem to get the extended stay to show up in dialogue. I added Fuz Ro D'oh and enabled enhanced mode in MCM for the inns and taverns.

I do have Sunhelm installed and I can see the fill up my bottles,  serve a full meal options, but no options from this mod. Any ideas?

Hey, I'm having this same issue, do you remember what fixed it?
