Is there a mod that does the exact opposite of this? As in it leaves leveled lists, new content etc untouched, but removes the vanilla equipment changes?
Seems to be what I'm looking for to get the base effect of Morrowloot without having to edit stats on every mod I have or edit out all the artifacts I get from other mods. Looking forward to testing this out.
if two mods attempt to edit the same level lists (there are different lists for armor, weapons, loot, vendors, etc), then yes, you need a bashed patch. I'd suggest loading up the resulting patch in xedit for manual review as well, to see what gets added where.
Hello, Kuczaja, can I ask? I never used Morrowloot, so how can other users who not familiar with Morrowloot mechanics, comprehend the description? Could you please do more detailed description of comparison with the original mod and it's forks (Morrowloot Ultimate Simplified, maybe there is more?). At least a comparison table of features would be nice to see, like some software developers do a comparison tables for their product editions, you know. Such complex mod will definitely need some technical info, since it's not a bikini armor retexture mod I will read all that you will write gladly!
basically morrowloot changes many aspects of the whole loot mechanic in skyrim, making stronger items deleveled ( so that they will not spawn randomly on npcs, but have fixed locations to be found at) and distributing types of loot to their owners in a more lore friendly way, but also making stronger equipment much, much more rare (there will be only one daedric armour in the whole gameif installed). So fir example You won't find any more dwemer stuff outside of their ruins, except an NPC is wealthy enough to afford such rarities. So far, that and this mod are kinda similar. But morrowloot goes beyond this mod in adding new items aswell as altering stats (I think mostly their prices) for vanilla ones. Both mods mess heavily with leveled lists, which is not that much of a problem, but Morrowloot is less compatible with other mods altering vanilla items/their stats, so if You have a large mod list there will likely be conflicts. Ususally those can be solved by loading the preferred mod after the other, but not always tho~~ This mod tries to avoid such conflicts by just changing the leveled lists of NPCs, and other containersbut leaving other things untouched.

For now going to to track this mod, and come back later
In case of doubt just regenerate your patch.
