I know the author no longer supports this mod, however, for some reason I am unable to adopt the lone child in Solstein for some reason so she isn't always living and sleeping outdoors. Anyone know a fix?
I really like this place and don't mind that there isn't a lot of clutter. My only nitpick with it is that noble furniture was used instead of Dunmer. I realize that the author has moved on but if someone were to make a patch and replace the furniture it would be awesome.
This Mod, one of many by the modder, is an absolute GEM of a player home, with multi-adopt, follower and NPCs that truly make it exceptional. This modder deserves a GOLD star award with all his mods. To Durzah - next comment below - This player home is also way way above any just like Severin Manor, and the Dunmer style of homes with their 'extinct?' Giant Insect shell homes are styled very 'empty' and 'roomy' with very little 'fluff' to take away from the curved walls and ceilings textures the interior 'shells' make. But ALL of the treats you want and need in an SE player home are there - with all the armor crafting parts you need, potion making/storage, enchanting making necessities, auto-sort supplies, and other auto sorting storage, tons of mannequins, NPCs within, are PERFECT the way it is. Not underdone at all, imo of course! My second favorite true Skyrim style player home, so again a HUGE Thank You for creating this Mod.
It could use a lot more clutter and decor, as it's terribly bland and empty. But otherwise it's exactly what I need, just make it more, y'know, homey. Hang some tapestries on the walls, add more plants, make it more like a living home, and less of a soulless warehouse for storing your loot.
I don't see any update coming to this mod for some time. I have a question.Did anyone have a problem with Ashfall's Tear entrance being blocked? Nevermind, it seem like some grass mod or landscape mod messing with them.
I have a question to anyone using this mod with a family. After you bless the house were your spouse and children able to move here? Just trying to make sure since they don't move in the vanilla version.
Absolutely adore everything about this house except the location, and that only because it's literally right next door to Severin Manor. But it's so much nicer that it's still worth having. I'll just pretend I'm one of those billionaires who buys several houses on the same block and turns it into a compound.
Hello, can you please tell me if this should load before or after The Scarlett (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2434)? They have a lot of overlapping files for some reason and I'm not sure if they are compatible or if it matters if one overwrites elements of the other. Any help would be appreciated!

EDIT: There are some things from Quaint clipping with things from this mod and Navmesh conflicts.
