Fantastic Reality
Thanks to those at reshade.me for their wonderful tool, ReShade. This, alongside the vanilla beauty of Skyrim: Special Edition, make for ENB-like beauty with much less strain on performance.
Download ReShade from their website: https://reshade.me/, and follow the easy instructions they give to you.
Then, download Fantastic_Reality.ini from this page and extract the .ini file to your SkyrimSE directory (where SkyrimSE.exe is).
Once in-game, open up ReShade with Shift + F2 and follow the few steps they guide you through.
In this preset, however, the ReShade menu opens up by pressing the "NUMPAD +" button.
This was originally made to be a simple contrast & saturation boost to the game, as I wanted to maintain that classic feel while attaining nicer visuals. Eventually, I started to experiment with the other effects until I came up with this preset that doesn't stray too far from what the game is intended to be, while is now just even more beautiful to look at.

All undesired effects and effects you wish to add may be done so in the .ini file, upon following the guide on how to use the ReShade tool. This preset features (by default) letterbox, vignette, bloom, tonemapping, MXAO, and more!
