Training Overhaul change some of training limits to make it more like Morrowind : no level max for the masters, no limit of levels earned if you have the money.
This mod does only two things : it change the training cap from 5 to 500 training per level and it change from 90 to 100 the max level for the master trainers

How to Install :
Use the NMM or expand the .7p file and copy the .esp file to your Skyrim Data directory
The main file is Training Overhaul V2SSE : It is the version you need if as me you play with the Skyrim Special edition, with the USSEP
The other file is Training Overhaul V1SSE : It is the version you need if as me you play with the Skyrim Special edition, without the USSEP
It does not change the price of training.
