    Well, I like it, it feels like another Dragon's Den, which I believe was the intention. Pretty much everything I said about the dragons den could be said here, it's nice and roomy, it has a less is more kinda thing going on, although it does feel like there are more storage chests around and a lot of display racks.
    There are a couple things I want to bring up:
    1. This is weird , but the front door kinda doesn't work... kinda. So, if I'm standing in front of the door looking straight at it, there's no option to open the door. However, if I look at the top section of the door, it works just fine. Only when I lower my cursor to eye level it doesn't do anything, I don't know what to make of that.
    2. The roof section... thing. Honestly... it's bad, it's an enchanting table and 2 benches, I get it's supposed to give you a view, but the back of Riften isn't exactly awe inspiring. It honestly feel's like it was put there as an after thought and given that their are 2 enchanter's in the den itself, I just don't see the point. My suggestion would be to take a few of those really tall dwemer gates and place those on the far sides of the roof area, then get some shorter gates for the rest on the roof and make it kinda like a balcony looking thing. then you could turn the roof into and open air garden, some plants around, couple planters, butterflies, and a couple benches. Problem with that is the open air garden doesn't feel very "Thieves Guild", you could say it's a front I suppose, lol. Alternatively you could put some kinda shrine to nocturnal up there, although that's not very subtle, may as well just put up a sign "we're thieves". I dunno, the Terrace just feels very lacking.
    3. This is just an extra thing that popped into my head while typing, but on the subject of "thieves guild" theme, the pace could use a secret exit. Like a trap door that leads through a small cave to and exit somewhere down the road. It would serve any practical purpose, but it would be thematic.

      Thanks for the suggestions. I'm pretty sure the front door thing is because the ground level you stand on is much lower than a floor would be. if I put a step it would fix it. I would agree the terrace is a bit lacking something. It was going to be a series of smaller terraces but Dwemer architecture was not working with me. Maybe I'll revamp it this summer. the extra enchanter and chair are up there as "stages" for another popular mod on the nexus. I did think of putting a secret tunnel leading somewhere, just couldn't think of where except to the ratway. I might have to put one close to the south gate as the console versions' east gate are boarded up.(found out after I downloaded it to my Xbox) Thieves' den is more to do with when and where you would be using the house during your play through then the theme of the house, although I did want it to feel grittier and more themed then Dragon's den.
