Walking-In-Place Paralyze/Reanimation Bug Fix SE

This Mod is an attempt to avoid the known Skyrim bug where, if an
Actor dies while Paralyzed, and then an attempt is made to Reanimate
that Actor, it will just either stand and not move, or will
"walk-in-place". There are some ways that might force the Actor out
of this glitch and it then behaves normally, but they "interrupt"
Gameplay. What this Mod does instead, is force the glitching Actor to
disintegrate immediately upon dying. To do this, all Paralyzing Magic
Effects in the game have been modified, including those resulting
from Alchemy(Paralyzing Poisons) and Enchanted Weapons that Paralyze.
This means that any other Mod that modifies any of these Paralyzing
Effects will be affected. One example is my Mod "Bullseye Perk
Paralyze Bug Fix SE". I have updated this Mod so that it too will force
the glitching Paralyzed Actors to disintegrate upon dying. It's
important to remember however, that the "Bullseye Perk Paralyze Bug
Fix SE" Mod should be loaded after the "Walking-In-Place Paralyze/
Reanimation Bug Fix SE" Mod.
