hi nyphani, thank you for this mod, can i PLEASE ask if you can make a patch for fluffworks since there are parts where the wounds were that not covered with fluff?🙏
Quick question - since this is a texture replacer, this shouldn't take up a place in my load order, right?
My mod count is a bit high at the moment, and while I've appreciated the healthier-looking skeevers, mods that only make small differences like this are unfortunately the ones more likely to get the axe. But if it can stay, I'll happily keep it (because seriously, Bethesda did good with a lot of Skyrim, but so many of the animals just look awful or illogical).
I'll classify this under "Never would have thought of it on my own, but yeah, it makes sense- and makes the world a bit nicer." So, thanks for this, it's a nice and simple mod.
My thanks, but for a different reason than most. Never really minded the diseased skeevers, but I applied some mod that re textures some other creature and it also made the Skeevers look ridiculous. Can't figure out which on it is. This mod over writes that and now I have decent looking skeevers again. Lol.
You're welcome! Fun fact: I also found some alternate skeever textures for even more diseased/sick looking skeevers! (those poor skeevers!) But I haven't encountered them in game yet so haven't redone them.. They looked really low quality so I'm not sure they're used for anything important, and even if they are I'm pretty sure those ones are actually meant to be sick skeevers judging by the texture names..
Meadery basement in Whiterun that Maven Black Briar wants so she has you doing a small quest where you kill them off by planting poison and also encounter the mad man in the caves, while sabotaging it, the Skeevers there have different names then the regular ones from what i remember, maybe those are the "Other" textures? if not then no idea. lol.
Hmm, I coc'd myself down there to check it out but all the skeevers I found looked normal so far! Maybe they change after being poisoned? I'm curious to do the quest to check it out, but I don't really want to help Maven.. haha

Well, I consider this mod to be complete, but if you think of anything that should be added, let me know and it might happen! :)

I'll try to keep it up to-date, but I might forget~ haha
