Dawn guard Armor = leather with iron sheet reinforcement - Light.
Iron spell knight armor = leather with iron sheet reinforcement. - Heavy.
I fix.
Now things are perfectly balanced.

I enjoy the aesthetic of the new armors added in the CC content but i don't quite understand why the only variation between the 3 set is the armor rating when all 3 sets are offered to you at the same time. What makes even less sense to me is that the iron set weighs almost as much as the steel set despite visually having much less armor plating as well as having leather instead of chain mail in certain areas.
Then I started the Dawn Guard quest line and realized that their light armor is the exact same thing as the iron spell knight armor, Leather armor with iron reinforcement. so I got annoyed and opened up the creation kit and matched the iron armor's values to the dawn guard armor's values, left the survival values alone though. enjoy.
